HOW TO ORDER ?

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

For Local Orders: We provide nationwide delivery in Pakistan through trusted courier companies at your doorstep. Delivery takes up to 3-5 working days for Ready-Made Orders and 2-3 weeks for Custom Orders (might vary).
For Internation Orders: We provide worldwide delivery through trusted courier companies. However, orders from India are delivered via Dubai.
Note: International Delivery Charges are calculated after confirmation of order & delivery address. Standard Delivery Charges apply all over within Pakistan.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS PLACES SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call and/or text/WhatsApp message from www.sabashakir.com with all details regarding your order.
For Custom Orders, a representative of our team will be in constant contact with you on WhatsApp, to ensure a smooth process.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

For Ready-Made Articles: Our Team will contact you via Call/WhatsApp to confirm your order. You can cancel it within 24 hours of receiving confirmation.
For Custom/Studio Orders: Cancellation after production has begun will result in a complete forfeit of advance and/or requirement of full payment if the order is then to be completed. Custom design/size & urgent orders may not be cancelled at any point & the entire advance is forfeit.
Kindly Note: The cancellation policy is not binding on “Saba Shakir” as this policy can be amended at the sole discretion of “Saba Shakir” under certain unforeseen circumstances.

HOW DO I DO A TRIAL OF THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED?

We encourage you to try the articles you purchased, however please ensure the product is left in the original, re-saleable condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packaging.
