For Custom Orders/Sale Articles: No Return, Exchange or Chargeback. Eligible for Alterations, if required. (Refer to Custom Order Terms)
For Ready-Made Articles: Eligible for Return & Exchange within 48 hours. Only if unused and in original condition.
Note: Delivery charges for Return/Exchange & Alteration are the client’s responsibility.
