Custom Order Terms
- Custom Articles are made to the exact measurements you provide. We are not responsible for fitting issues due to incorrect measurements. If the mistake is on our end, free alterations will be provided along with free delivery, within Pakistan. For International Custom Orders, we will facilitate you accordingly.
- 50% advance is required to confirm your order. The balance is due before the product is dispatched.
Ensure the shipping address is correct and complete. We are not liable for delays due to wrong details. However, if there is a delay at our end, we will inform you beforehand. - Once the custom design and details are confirmed, no major changes can be made. Only Alterations are provided if requested by the client.
- Custom orders usually take around 2-3 weeks to be delivered, depending on the category of the article and the design. Timelines may vary in peak season and will be conveyed to the client.
